YouthCAN/SCN Workshop

This three-day workshop brought together Strong Cities Prevention Network members with youth between the ages of 18 and 24 from three cities across Lebanon: Tripoli, Saida and Majdal Anjar.

For the first two days of the lab, 29 youth participants received training on the planning of effective campaigns taking on issues faced by youth in their local communities.

On the third day, participants were joined by practitioners from the SCN prevention networks including municipal leaders, teachers and representatives of civil society organisations for sessions on youth engagement and the role of youth as active contributors to conflict prevention.
