Panel discussion: Antisemitism on social media

Panelists explored how social media is used by political actors from the traditional right and left, as well as by extremist and fringe actors, to disseminate antisemitic content at an event hosted by The Weiner Holocaust Library. The event accompanied the publishing of the book Antisemitism on Social Media, launched in March 2022 by Routledge.

Among the book’s contributors and event panelists was ISD’s Jakob Guhl. His chapter, ‘”Everyone I know isn’t Antisemitic”: Antisemtism in Facebook Pages Supportive of the UK Labour Party’ was discussed alongside other case studies of antisemitism on different social media platforms.
