Iran’s terror-for-hire networks carry out attacks across Europe

Iran has been building a terror-for-hire network that recruits individuals to carry out attacks across Europe.

ISD’s Moustafa Ayad spoke to The Washington Times about these ongoing attacks, and the possibly that these organizations will outlast the war in Iran.

“Networks are still there,” Moustafa said. “The ability to have linkages into those networks is key for state and non-state actors, if there’s an ideological bent involved in which they want to cause harm.”
