Theresa is an Educator and Project Coordinator on the BC4D project with ISD Germany. In her work, she raises awareness among employees about hate speech, disinformation, and conspiracy narratives in digital spaces. Previously, she worked as a project manager in civic and political education at the Heinrich-Böll-Foundation Berlin and developed education programmes at the Erich Pommer Institute in Potsdam. She is a trained “Democracy Fitness Trainer”. Her academic background includes European Studies with a focus on politics and economics at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), as well as studies in International Relations at Queen’s University Belfast and Media and Culture Studies in Düsseldorf and Nantes.
