Richard Kuchta

Senior Analyst

Richard is a Senior Analyst in ISD Germany focusing on the research of extremism, information operations and platform regulation, with a particular specialisation on the Digital Services Act. His research looks at emerging information campaigns, platforms and technologies, combining digital research methods with a policy and regulatory perspective.

Richard has presented his findings to international NGO experts, media outlets, and both national and supranational bodies including the German Bundestag, the European Parliament, and the European External Action Service. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Vienna and an Master’s degree in Political Science from Université libre de Bruxelles.
