ISD Senior Fellow, Zahed Amanullah, spoke to The Times of London following a panel discussion he participated in during the first International Ministerial Conference on Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB), hosted by the UK Foreign Office on July 5-6, 2022 in London.

“In a session on FoRB in a digital world, Zahed Amanullah, Senior Fellow at the London-based Institute for Strategic Dialogue, pointed out that technology effectively rendered geographical boundaries meaningless, and “multilateral, co-ordinated pressure” was needed to oblige big tech companies to remove quickly “inciteful content targeted at religious minorities”.”
