ISD’s Cody Zoschak speaks to NBC Washington about extremist groups targeting veterans

Cody Zoschak, a senior analyst at ISD-US, spoke to NBC Washington about research indicating a rise in extremist attacks committed by military members. Cody explained that extremist groups actively target veterans for radicalization.

“From a leadership point of view, [extremist groups] prize their organizational abilities,” said Cody. “They like the credibility that it gives them. So, it is absolutely an issue.”

“The Pentagon has a very difficult job ahead of itself,” he added.
