ISD joins working group of global experts to #DisruptDisinfo

ISD’s Senior Digital Policy and Research Manager Helena Schwertheim is one of the 13 experts participating this fall in the DisinfoRadar project’s working group. The group consists in representatives from the private sector, government, civil society, the media and other actors, helping map how to best disrupt tomorrow’s disinformation space. Experts have been convening since September, through December, sharing “insights from their efforts to counter disinformation and bring regional perspectives on the influence of new technologies on democratic decision-making.”

Group members will soon convene at DisinfoCon, a conference to be held in Berlin, where they will be able to share their knowledge in bringing “solution-oriented perspectives to emerging disinformation trends.”
